If a flat tire has interrupted your trip, the first question is whether you have a usable spare. We can change the tire using that spare. If you do not have one, or a roadside change is not suitable, we can help with a tow home or to a tire shop.

Our roadside tire service does not include patching a puncture, repairing a damaged tire, or supplying a replacement. Explaining what you have available helps us quote the right service before heading out.

What we need for a spare-tire change

Tell us your vehicle's year, make, and model, which tire is damaged, and whether the spare is available. Mention a missing wheel-lock key, a damaged wheel, or anything that could make the wheel difficult to reach.

A spare needs to fit the vehicle and be in usable condition. If you have not checked it, say so when you call. You do not need to guess whether it will work or put yourself beside traffic to inspect it.

We will also discuss where the vehicle is sitting. Access and the conditions around it matter when deciding whether a tire can be changed there.

When towing may be the better option

A missing or damaged spare changes the plan. So does having more than one flat tire. Tell us how many tires are affected and whether the vehicle has any other damage.

We can discuss towing the vehicle home or to a tire shop you choose. If you want it taken to a shop, have the address ready and confirm that the shop can accept it, especially after hours.

Help us find you

We are based in Deer Park and serve Pasadena, La Porte, Baytown, Channelview, and South Houston. Give us the nearest address or intersection. Beside a highway, include your direction of travel, the closest exit, and whether you are on the main road or a frontage road.

For example, saying you are near Beltway 8 and SH 225 is a starting point. Knowing the side of the interchange and where the vehicle stopped gives us a clearer pickup location.

Ask for a quote for the work you need

Call with the pickup location, vehicle details, and spare-tire information. We will discuss the tire change or towing option, the price, and an arrival estimate based on the situation.

You can find the service details on our flat tire change page. We take calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
